Cancellations:

Orders received are processed Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (MST).  If you place your order other than during this time, it will be processed the following business day.  Once your order is processed, any changes and/or cancellations may be subject to a change/restocking fee. 

Warranty: 

In an effort to provide you with the best possible pricing, GOODE does not offer sales assistance or technical support for products purchased through goodedealz.com. Items purchased are "as is" and therefore carry no warranties, unless otherwise noted. A warranty may be purchased separately . All sales are final.

If a warranty has been purchased, goodedealz.com asks that the following procedures be complied with to ensure efficient service. No returns will be accepted without a prior and return authorization from goodedealz.com. A return authorization may be obtained by emailing  info@goodedealz.com .   Be prepared to provide your name, shipping address, email address and daytime phone number, as well as the product in question and a brief description of the damage. The purchased warranty does not include misuse or customer error of product.  For more information regarding our warranty, please email us at info@goodedealz.com .  Please see Return/Refund Policy for shipping procedures.

Return/Refund Policy:

Any authorized return that results in a refund will equal the purchase price of the product, less original shipping fee and a restocking fee charged.  If a refund is due to a cancelled order, please see our Cancellation Policy.  If you are returning a product(s), you will need to either email us at info@goodedealz.com to obtain a return authorization (RA#) number. This number is required for all returns, repairs, exchanges, etc.  You will be required to provide your name, shipping address, phone number, and product in question, as well as a brief description of the cause for return.  You will also need to clearly write this number on the outside of the package being returned for proper routing.  Once received, and a refund is due, you can expect a credit within 7-10 business days.  If the return results in an exchange, repair, etc.,  goodedealz.com will make every effort to turn around your order as quickly as possible.  goodedealz.com reserves the right to change its Return/Refund policy at any time.
